The Westport Fire Department’s newest lieutenant, Brian Meadows, is all smiles following his promotion today to the officer ranks. With him are his wife Nicole and sons Naylan, 3½, and Finn, 1. He was sworn in by First Selectman Gordon F. Joseloff at a fire headquarters ceremony that also saw Lieutenant Rob Yost promoted to assistant chief.
